We want you to be confident in choosing AcousPlan. If it is not the right fit, we offer a fair refund process.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
New Professional or Team subscriptions: full refund within 14 calendar days of first payment, no questions asked. Applies to both monthly and annual billing.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans include the 14-day full refund window. Within the first 30 days, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused time. After 30 days, refunds are not available for annual plans.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrade not satisfied? Downgrade within 14 days of upgrade for a pro-rata credit applied to your next billing cycle.
5. Not Refundable
Not eligible: partial-month usage after 14 days; Enterprise/custom contracts; manufacturer embed fees; the Free tier.
6. Service Disruptions
Sustained downtime exceeding 24 hours or verified bugs preventing core functionality result in automatic pro-rata credits. No request needed.
7. How to Request
Email [email protected] with your account email and payment date. We respond within 2 business days. Paddle processes refunds within 5-10 business days.
8. Processing
Refunds processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Exchange rate fluctuations may cause slight differences. You'll receive confirmation from Paddle.
